The spiral blancher adopts the design of both internal and external cylinders, and the external cylinder is made of punching plate. The water tank is designed with a water-sealed steam cover, and sanitary and clean doors on both sides, which can be easily switched. The transmission adopts cycloidal gear reducer, and the blanching time is adjusted by frequency conversion.
