2. The berry fruit processing composed of washing and sorting system, crushing and pulping system, standardization system, enzymatic hydrolysis and filtration system, evaporating system, pasteurizing/ sterilizing system, aseptic filling system, auxiliary energy system.
3. Berry processing line capacity is from 10 tons/day to 480 tons/day.
4. Berry fruit pulp yield: about 90% (10% for fruit peels and seeds for the waste)
5. Raw material solid content: 8~14% Brix. Final concentrated juice concentration: 65~72% Brix. Concentrated paste 28~30% Brix.
