1. Berry fruit usually be frozen to storage, fresh and frozen berry fruit can be processed to fruit pulp, puree, NFC juice, HPP juice, clear concentrate juice, paste, jam,etc. 2. The berry fruit processing composed of washing and sorting system, crushing and pulping system, standardization system, enzymatic hydrolysis and filtration system, evaporating system, pasteurizing/ sterilizing system, aseptic filling system, auxiliary energy system. 3. Berry processing line capacity is from 10 tons/day to 480 tons/day. 4. Berry fruit pulp yield: about 90% (10% for fruit peels and seeds for the waste) 5. Raw material solid content: 8~14% Brix. Final concentrated juice concentration: 65~72% Brix. Concentrated paste 28~30% Brix.
