Firstly, pineapple is a famous tropical fruit. Because of its delicate flesh and unique flavor, it is deeply loved by people. So it is known as the "king of tropical fruits". The equipment of pineapple processing plant is to process fresh pineapple into concentrate clear juice and cloudy juice after cleaning, peeling and coring, beating, crushing, juicing, enzymatic hydrolysis, membrane filtration, concentration, sterilization, filling and other processes, and then pack the fresh pineapple into juice, and pack it into aseptic bag in drum as semi-product. At the same we can mixing the concentrate into juice drinking and filling in various containers such as PET bottle, glass bottle,Tetra Pack, roof bag,stand-up pouch etc., so as to achieve the purpose of cold chain or normal temperature sales. Secondly, pineapple can be processed into jam after washing, peeling and coring, crushing, cutting, mixing and boiling,filling, pasteurizing and packing processes, packages could be glass bottle, metal can, stand-up pouch etc. Thirdly, pineapple also can be processed into cans pineapple and chunks which filled into glass bottle or metal can. The capacity of pineapple processing line can be 10tons to 480 tons per day.

Washing and Sorting

1. Washing machine is suitable for cleaning any fruit destined to the industrial transformation. The unit takes the fruits through two subsequent washing processes: by immersion in a basin and by shower on an elevator. After being washed, pineapple are fed to our sorting station line where they can be efficiently inspected by the personnel.
2. Depending on the characteristics of the plant and on the fruit to be processed, pineapple can be sized, than to an automatic sizing machine to be routed to different extraction machines depending on the dimension.
3. Pineapple are received in the bubble washing machine where, by immersion in the water and thanks to a bubble generating system,the surface of the fruits is washed. Fruits are then rinsed by a shower of fresh water on the elevator that takes the fruits to the Sorting Operations.
4.In order to guarantee the best quality of the final products, rotten and unripe fruits must be discarded. Chase universal sorting line allows to efficiently inspect the fruits, by making them slowly rotate on a roller belt conveyor under the sight of the operators.

Puree Extraction and Refining1. Our dedicated pineapple juice extractor machine cuts the fruit in two halves, extracts juice and pulp and eliminates the peel, while obtaining a pulpy juice of excellent quality. No contact between juice and peel takes place.
2. For a perfect separation of the puree from peels, Chase is proud of the highly sophisticated pulper, refiner and turbo extractor. The machine can be supplied with inverter suitable to adjust the rotation speed and with an inert gas injection device, for protecting product against oxidation.
Pineapple Juice Concentration1. In the first case, the natural puree is fed to a deaerator, in order to remove the air incorporated in the product and
consequently extend shelflife. The dearation is performed by nebulization under vacuum, in order to avoid oxidation. The aromatic vapors can be condensed and newly incorporated directly into the product by means of an aroma recovery device supplied with the dearator.2. In the case of concentrated puree, the refined puree is pumped to a thin-film continuous evaporator. The versatility of our swept evaporators is really unrivalled: they can easily process low-pulp or high-pulp juices, delicate or thermo-resistant juices, as well as low or high viscosity juices. The residence time is among the shortest possible and the concentration is achieved in one sole passage.
Sterilizing and Aseptic Filling1. The pineapple juice, concentrated or natural NFC juice, can be sterilizied or pasteurized depending by the specific request of the application
2. In case of sterilization, the product can be filled in aseptic bag in drums or in box thanks to Aseptic Filling Machine (aseptic carton box, aseptic pouches...), while can be filled in durms or in any type of hot or cold filling machine (glass, PET, Can and BIB).
